Nancye, a Dianna Effner Li’l Dreamer doll stands 11 inches tall, is 5-way jointed and is full vinyl. Sculpted by the late Dianna Effner, Brenda Mize replaced the basic mass-produced facial details by removing the factory paints and then painstakingly hand-painting the facial features before sealing everything with a final protective coat with a UV spray. She comes dressed in Boneka lavender cotton dress with extensive embroidery on both the bodice and the skirt of her dress. She wears a pair of white tights and matching lavender dress shoes. Nancye wears a modacrylic wig. This one-of-a-kind collectible artisan doll comes with her original COA and gift box. Her head has been signed by this doll artist. A perfect little sister to Dianna’s Little Darling dolls or a big sister to Effner Boneka dolls. A doll stand is included free of charge with this Dianna Effner’s Li’l Dreamer doll.
