Handcrafted Eyes of Texas Dolls Brenda #3 (Sitting) | Created from a Dianna Effner Dolls Mold

Per an excellent suggestion from a dear friend, Brenda was created in my likeness following a photo from my childhood. This limited edition doll is a 10-1/2 inch 100% porcelain doll handcrafted by Award Winning Doll Artist Brenda Mize. Every Eyes of Texas doll was created by a doll mold by the famous doll artist, Dianna Effner. Therefore, each doll is one-of-a-kind (OOAK) which truly adds to her individuality. This Kayla doll sculpt is meant to sit in her chair as her legs are permanently in the sitting position. She wears a handmade sleeveless peach silk dupioni dress with white bodice covered in embroidered flowers. She also wears a pair of white lacy socks with bullion rose embroidery on the sides with black dress shoes. This set can be gently hand-washed. Her wig is modacrylic which can be restyled. She has been blushed in all the right places and her fingernails and toenails have been realistically painted and glossed. She holds a miniature porcelain doll dressed in a matching dress in her arms. What truly sets this collectible doll apart is her pretty blue hand painted eyes. Handcrafted wooden brown chair comes included with this doll set as well as a white hand-crocheted chair pad.
