This Dianna Effner 'Maru and Friends Mini Pal' doll stands 13 inches tall, is 5-way jointed and is full vinyl. Brenda Mize replaced the basic mass-produced facial details by removing the factory paints and then painstakingly hand-painting the facial features before sealing everything with a final protective coat with a UV spray.
